Elegantly designed in the classic French-press look, this Primula coffeemaker features a domed lid and footed frame in metal with a chrome finish. The large black handle, made of a heat-resistant synthetic material, enables pouring without burning knuckles on the hot glass. The heavy glass insert can be removed for easy cleaning, either in a dishwasher or preferably by hand. To use, simply put medium-to-coarse ground coffee in the bottom of the glass container, add hot (not boiling) water, wait approximately three minutes, and slowly press down the plunger with the stainless-steel mesh filter. All the grounds will be captured below the filter, leaving the coffee ready to pour and enjoy.
