The Smoky Mountain Vertical Smoker from Landmann USA has an insulated Cooking Chamber and doors with a large smoking area. It features a built-in control panel with push button and LCD display. The EASY ACCESS two drawer system allows access to water pan, wood chip box and grease pan. It has four chrome plated steel cooking grates with 15 lbs. meat capacity per cooking grate. Included are aluminized steel water pan, steel wood chip box with removable lid and galvanized steel grease pan. Door closure is magnetic with securing latch and large handles on the door and drawers. Damper vent with plastic guard is adjustable. Smoker is equipped with wheels and handle for easy movement. Comes with meat temperature probe with temperature range of 0 degrees to 275 degrees F. Primary cooking size is 768 sq. in. Heat temperature range is 100 degrees to 275 degrees F.
